Lianyungang Haizhouwan Star Marine Hotel Interna
In October 2022, KAM secured the EPC turnkey contract for the interior fit-out of the “Haizhouwan Star” floating hotel commissioned by Jinhai Shipping Engineering (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd. The vessel measures 135 meters in length and 20.6 meters in width, with a gross tonnage of 9,960 tons and a net tonnage of 3,626 tons. It was converted from a former international passenger-cargo ship.
KAM oversees the entire EPC contract, encompassing over 50 guest rooms, more than 20 private dining suites, one banquet hall accommodating 30 tables simultaneously, one all-day buffet restaurant, and one bar. The vessel features diverse themed guest rooms, offering extensive choice for various clientele. As China's first water-based tourism complex converted from a ro-ro ferry and the nation's inaugural cruise ship with star-rated hotel facilities, it will deliver an unprecedented luxury cruise vacation experience. The vessel is poised to become a trendy destination for nighttime parties and sea weddings among younger demographics.
