The MT6027 Multi-Purpose Diving Support Vessel (DSV) is a large, multi-functional offshore engineering vessel designed for deep-sea operations. The vessel measures 142.9 meters in length, with abeam of 27.0 meters and amaximum draft of 7.5 meters, and has agross tonnage (GT) of 16,900. It provides adeck area of approximately 1,300 square meters and accommodation for 140 personnel. Equipped with advanced capabilities including DP-2 dynamic positioning, CLEAN design notation, and ice-class capability, the vessel is capable of performing complex offshore tasks such asdeep-sea diving operations and oil and gas engineering support. The vessel was constructed by CIMC Offshore Engineering in Shenzhen for Singapore-based UDS, with delivery completed in thesecond quarter of 2020.

As the turnkey contractor for the vessel’s accommodation areas, KAM provided comprehensiveinterior outfitting services covering all living quarters and public spaces. The project scope included design, material procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance. Works covered cabin outfitting, furniture supply, acoustic insulation and vibration control, as well as electrical and HVAC system integration. All works were executed in strict compliance with international offshore engineering standards, ensuring asafe, reliable, and comfortable living environment for personnel operating in deep-sea conditions.
