In July 2023, KAM participated in the development of the smart aquaculture tourism platform vessel “Longqiwang Princess” at Wenchong Shipyard of Guangzhou Shipyard International. The project was invested in and developed by Hainan Pusheng Marine Technology Development Co., Ltd., with research and design carried out by the Guangzhou Institute of Energy, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

KAM is responsible for the design, supply, and installation of interior outfitting works, including cabins, restaurants, leisure areas, and other onboard functional spaces.

Based on the original design, the platform has been further upgraded to enhance operational capacity and optimize spatial configuration for both aquaculture and leisure tourism functions. The vessel is designed to support diversified marine activities, including recreational fishing, tourism sightseeing, and aquaculture experiences, creating an integrated model combining marine industry and tourism development.

The project represents an innovative application of smart marine ranch concepts and serves as a demonstration project for theintegrated development of marine aquaculture, tourism, and ecological industries in China.
