The High-Speed Rescue Boat is a specialized emergency response vessel built by Changzhou FRP Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Designed for maritime and inland waterway search-and-rescue missions, the vessel offers key features such as high-speed maneuverability, strong seakeeping performance, and rapid response capability. These characteristics enable the vessel to reach rescue sites quickly and provide timely assistance and evacuation support for personnel in distress.

As the EPC contractor for this vessel, KAM delivered end-to-end integrated services including preliminary design, material procurement, interior outfitting works, system integration, commissioning, testing, and final acceptance. In response to the vessel’s operational requirements, the interior design was optimized for impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and operational functionality. Key improvements focused on the layout of the rescue command area, lifesaving equipment storage, and crew seating zones.

The project also ensured the stable operation of electrical and communication systems, creating a safe, reliable, and efficient onboard environment for emergency response operations. The vessel was successfully delivered in late 2020, contributing to improved rapid response and incident management capabilities in maritime rescue missions.
