The 3,600 TEU container ship is a medium-size ocean-going container vessel constructed by Yangzhou Global Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Designed for global trunk container shipping routes, the vessel supports multi-port operations and long-range voyages, offering advantages such as high loading efficiency and reliable navigational stability. Built in compliance with international conventions including SOLAS and MARPOL, as well as relevant shipbuilding standards, the vessel meets the demanding requirements of transoceanic container transportation.

As the EPC contractor for the vessel’s interior outfitting, KAM provides end-to-end integrated services covering all major ship areas, including the navigation deck and accommodation spaces. Based on the approved engineering material specifications, specialized marine-grade materials were procured, including 25 mm and 50 mm A60-class composite rock wool panels and SUS304 stainless steel fittings.

These materials were used in the construction of key functional spaces such as the wheelhouse, crew accommodation areas, dining room, and galley. During construction, additional measures were implemented to enhance fire protection, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, and vibration mitigation. This approach ensures bothcrew comfort during extended voyages and operational safety, supporting the vessel’s efficient and compliant operation in global container shipping services.
