Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in preparing early-stage bid technical documents for assigned projects and communicate with clients;

2. Manage design cost control, technical coordination, and ensure compliance with specifications, technical requirements, and all fundamental design, process, and management standards established by the company for the product;

3. Organize the submission, revision, and feedback of design drawings and documents within the assigned specialty;

4. Oversee the compilation of technical summaries and archiving of product documentation.

Qualifications:

1. Age unrestricted; Bachelor's degree or higher in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or Mechanical Design-related fields.

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in ship interior engineering design, including detailed design and production design for ship interiors. Must be capable of independently undertaking design and verification tasks for related projects. Experience in interior design for large ro-ro ferries or cruise ships preferred.

3. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design for modules and containers; preference given to candidates with independent experience in module/container hull and interior design/production.

4. Strong communication, coordination, and stress management skills; ability to work independently and manage tasks; capable of resolving technical issues during design and on-site operations.

5. Honest, dedicated, highly responsible, and team-oriented.

6. Proficient in CAD, 3D design software, and possess strong English reading/writing skills to meet design requirements.

(Educational requirements may be flexible for candidates with extensive experience and outstanding capabilities.)
